I am a woman passionate about many things … my children, the health and growth of those with whom I connect, and my own transformation.  I am blessed to find myself in work that is connected with these deeper passions.

I am a nurse, working in the area of health and wellness.  Even though I am in a fairly traditional (upper right quadrant!) hospital environment, I am able to sneak in integrally-minded programs.  I am contemplating some research on the most effective methods of helping people 'evolve' to greater levels of health.   There was a phrase used at Integral Institute that I embrace:  “ever-expanding awareness, ever-deepening care, and ever-fuller health.”
